According to the National Energy System Operator (NESO), on April 1st, between 12:30 and 1:00 PM, solar generation within Great Britain peaked at an impressive 12.2GW. "As we install more solar and build more wind turbines, our reliance on gas will fall, as will our vulnerability to the likes of Putin," she explained.
