To make your assessment run smooth, and so we can provide you with the right information, we would need the following to be available: - If more than one person lives in the property, than we ask that both homeowners are present - A recent utility bill, preferably dated within the last three months - Your MPAN number (from an electricity bill) - Full access to the loft area - Access surrounding the property - Authorisation for drone piloting
