EcoSheffield Joins Cash for Kids Mission Christmas 2026

This Christmas, the EcoSheffield team is proud to be supporting Cash for Kids South Yorkshire & North Derbyshire, in partnership with B&M Retail, for Mission Christmas 2026.

As a local business with families of our own, we know just how much excitement and magic Christmas can bring to children. Sadly, for thousands of families facing difficult circumstances, Christmas can also be an incredibly challenging time.

The thought of a child waking up on Christmas morning with nothing to open is heartbreaking, which is why Mission Christmas is a cause we’re incredibly proud to get behind.

Our £5,000 Fundraising Challenge

We’ve set ourselves an ambitious target of raising £5,000 for Cash for Kids, and we’re asking our customers, suppliers, manufacturers, friends and fellow local businesses to help us get there.

Every contribution, regardless of size, will help Cash for Kids support children and young people across our local area this Christmas.

EcoSheffield is an Official Mission Christmas Drop-Off Point

It’s not just about financial donations.

For Mission Christmas 2026, EcoSheffield is also an official toy and gift drop-off point, making it easier for people and businesses in Rotherham, Sheffield and the surrounding areas to get involved.

We’ll collect the gifts at our office ready to go to Mission Christmas and help make Christmas morning that little bit more special for local children.

A Cause Close to Our Hearts

Mission Christmas has actually been close to EcoSheffield co-founder Kyle Morton’s heart long before the business became involved.

For the past five years, Kyle has personally supported the campaign by purchasing toys from his local B&M store.

When the opportunity came along for EcoSheffield to become more involved, it felt like a natural next step.

Having grown EcoSheffield from a small local start-up into the business it is today, we’re incredibly grateful to now be in a position where we can use the business, our team and the relationships we’ve built to give something back to the communities that have supported us.

Getting Stuck In

Our involvement won’t stop at fundraising and collecting presents either.

Members of the EcoSheffield team will be volunteering at the local Cash for Kids depot in the run-up to Christmas, helping sort through the huge number of donated gifts ready to be distributed to local families.

Kyle will also be volunteering alongside members of his family, who have kindly offered their own time to support the campaign.

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing regular updates on our fundraising progress, the gifts donated at our Rotherham office and the team’s involvement with Mission Christmas.
